La necesidad de dinamizar una zona de
Stavanger East, de una forma diferente, ha llevado a utilizar el
"Farming" como núcleo principal del barrio, diluyendo los limites de
la parcela donde se actúa, conectando el resto de la ciudad, haciéndola
participe del proyecto
.
Dentro de la parcela el
farming tiene una gran presencia, siendo el gran protagonista, por lo que los
edificios se adaptan a él, las comunicaciones se dispersan y las transiciones
entre las distintas viviendas y edificaciones son cambiantes, igual que el
farming con las estaciones
Los negocios se integran con
las viviendas, siendo la permeabilidad de la fachada la que indica el
porcentaje de negocio que existe, siendo la edificación mas permeable la que
mayor negocio tiene. Pudiendo cambiar y mutar según las distintas
circunstancias.
El paseo maritimo entra dentro de la parcela a través
de cajas translúcidas que albergan usos comunes de las viviendas y farming
publico para todos los habitantes de Stavanger East.
Dentro de las viviendas , los
distintos habitáculos se transforman en muebles, penetrando la organización
dispersa dentro de la misma vivienda
